Baseball Pitching Lessons
One-on-one work with an EDGE instructor. The lesson includes an athlete assessment and a customized plan to achieve the most efficient body movements in order to establish a repeatable delivery and harness command of the zone. By established efficient body movements, the athlete will also maximize velocity while focusing on an injury prevention. All pitching lessons focus on teaching the athlete how to care for their throwing arm and how to properly recover.
