About The EDGE
The EDGE opened in 2017 through a partnership between Inside Edge Baseball Academy and Premier Baseball. The two organizations share a vision centered on empowering athletes and built The EDGE to provide training space for athletes of all ages and abilities.
In 2023, The EDGE moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art facility. The new location provides space dedicated to throwing and hitting athletes. Premier Baseball instructors offer one-on-one and group training sessions and PSP3 develops strength workouts and functional movement training specific to throwing athletes’ unique needs. The EDGE is the indoor practice space for the Inside Edge and US Nationals Midwestern baseball teams.

Empowering Athletes
The EDGE structures training to empower athletes to achieve their highest level of competition. From private lessons to group programs, our approach works for first-year athletes, collegiate recruits, to first-round MLB draft picks.
Private
Lessons
Instructors at The EDGE provide private lessons in pitching, hitting, fielding, and catching. Private lessons are one-on-one sessions with a coach who tailors drills to meet each athlete’s developmental needs.
Pitching & Hiting Programs
The EDGE offers seasonal pitching and hitting programs that are structured, small group training sessions. Each athlete is assessed and an appropriate training plan is implemented in the program.
Strength & Conditioning
Strength & conditioning are managed by PSP3 Strength & Conditioning. Programs are designed to be safe & effective for throwing and hitting athletes and are offered as individual or group sessions.
