Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return or refund.

Our services are exempt from being refunded. A refund is not available for team dues, lessons, or other services provided to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are happy to provide you with an exchange if the product purchased does not fit or is defective. Exchanges are available for unused items in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, your best option is to bring the item to the Inside Edge clubhouse during business hours. If it’s not possible for you to bring the item to the clubhouse, send us an email at info@edge-baseball.com and we will provide exchange instructions under this policy.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to 2605 NE McBaine Dr, Lee’s Summit, MO 64064.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
