Keaton Latlip, 18u Silvestri, was named MVP for the 2021 Blue Springs South baseball team. Latlip, starting shortstop for the 2021 season, earned recognition for his day-to-day efforts and solid defense, as demonstrated in 2 amazing plays against Jefferson City in the district championship game.
Latlip’s performance in the 2021 season earned him selection to the MHSBCA Academic All-State Team and he was named to the National High School Baseball Coaches Association Academic All-American Team.
Latlip has signed to play next year at MCC Maplewoods.
